The First East Asia Publishers Conference took place on September 5 and 6, 2005 at the DNP Ginza Building in Tokyo, Japan. Sponsored by the East Asia Publishers Conference with support from the Toyota Foundation and TransArt Inc., the conference featured presentations on the state of publishing in various regions of East Asia.
